Shop Manager & Head of Instructor - Ko Lanta, Thailand

Palm Beach Divers is an SSI Diamond diving school located in a charming corner of the world; on the beautiful island of Koh Lanta, Thailand. The school has been in operation for 16 years teaching people to dive at all levels from absolute beginner to instructor. We operate our own boat with room for up to 54 people.
We are looking for someone to be a leader of our diving team and Shop Manager. fulfill the role of:

Shop Manager / Head Instructor / AIT and higher / Thai citizen

The main task:

• Experience in management for diving business
• Business understanding
• Have minimum AIT certification
• Great organizational skills
• Leadership & Team building
• Coaching & Team developing
• Compliance with safety rules
• Problem-solving skills/can-do attitude
• Computer skills, fluent with SSI Odin
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work with a dynamic multicultural team
• Assertiveness, diligence, and integrity
• Native or fluent Thai and English ( both)
• Ability to speak other (German, French, Russian) languages a bonus
