PADI Instructor Job in Grand Islands

Ocean Frontiers, an award-winning dive shop, and resort on the East End of Grand Cayman is seeking dedicated and hard-working staff to join our team. While experience in the dive industry is a plus, we value candidates who possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Our working environment can be challenging but is also extremely rewarding. Candidates with a "can-do" mentality and the ability to stay cool under pressure will thrive in our fast-paced atmosphere. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as our success is built on maintaining strong relationships with our customers, many of whom are repeat visitors.

Successful candidates will be expected to learn to drive our smaller boats and run trips independently. Previous boat handling experience is a plus, but on-the-job training will be provided. A full driving license and comfort with manual transmission vehicles is required, and all candidates must be fully vaccinated and have no criminal record to meet work permit requirements. A PADI OWSI certification with a Nitrox Instructor rating is also required. Additional instructor ratings, experience servicing equipment, teaching swimming, or driving boats will be considered an asset.

We are offering a 15-month contract with a three-month trial period, and a competitive salary with bonuses, a work permit, health insurance, a pension, and opportunities for growth and development. Income from gratuities is also possible for delivering exceptional service.

Located on the peaceful East End of Grand Cayman, our location offers a laid-back atmosphere with access to George Town and Seven Mile Beach within 45 minutes.
