Multilingual PADI Instructor in Maldives

Multilingual PADI Instructor wanted for October start (couples welcome)

Boutique Beach is a small yet busy dive center located in the South Ari Atoll, Maldives. Situated on a local island in the heart of the Whale Shark area, we have some of the best diving the Maldives has to offer. We have regular sightings of Whale Sharks, Mantas as well as a variety of many other amazing creatures. We offer low ratio groups with a high standard of customer service to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:

• Fluent in English, Spanish, and/or French
• Active PADI status (Instructor must have Nitrox specialty)
•  Ideally 1 year of experience as active dive professionals
•  Professional attitude with a strong customer-orientated work ethic 
• Safety and environmentally conscious 
• Easy-going, flexible and adaptable 
•  Experience in the Maldives or in current is a plus 

Daily tasks include:

• Guiding certified divers 
• Teaching a variety of PADI courses
• Guiding snorkelers
• Upkeep of the dive base
• Loading/unloading the boat 
• Washing equipment

This is a position in a small and diverse team. We are not only looking for people who are great with customers, but also those who are enthusiastic and easy to get along with. Our dive staff are incredibly keen divers, so we hope any others joining the team would share this passion. 

Please note: Dhigurah is an alcohol-free island, so if you are looking to party this is not the position for you.
