Manager / Instructor (couple) in Bali

Hello everyone! we are looking for a Manager / Instructor

We are looking for a couple (or 2 instructors) who are responsible for the daily management of 2
Dive center.

Karang Divers have 4 dive centers in the North of Bali. The dive center is in Pemuteran Bay. The Dive center is connected to different hotels, close to each other. We are working with different European traveling agencies, mainly from Germany, France, and the Netherlands. The Dive Shop Team Leader provides world-class diving and dives course opportunities and experiences for our guests in a profitable way while never compromising safety; conducts all dive operations in a manner that protects our environment; leads and controls all day to day dive operations.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Thorough understanding of diving operations and guest service.
• Dive shop management experience within Asia or willing to learn.
• Excellent communication skills can speak German and English and other languages like French.
• Be sales-focused and cost efficiency-driven.
• Have proven experience in conservation and artificial reef projects and community support.
• Excellent guest care skills; ‘team player’ with excellent social skills.
• Computer literate.
• Other relevant skill sets such as equipment maintenance and marine biology.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
