Manager / Dive Instructor full-time job opportunity in Utila, Honduras

Utila water sports is a diving school based in Utila, Islas de la Bahia.

Our mission is to provide small group dive instruction with personalized, high-quality training to meet the needs of all levels of experience.

We are looking for an experienced and preferably bilingual manager, (single or couple) to manage the dive center.

Responsibilities to include day-to-day managing of the dive center, leading a small team, guest relations, administrative work, teaching PADI courses and guiding our guests through Utila’s stunning dive sites.

This is a great opportunity to work and live on the beautiful island of Utila.

The start date is negotiable; the minimum contract term is 1 year.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position (dive center management).
• Fluent in English and preferably also Spanish, other languages a plus.
• Experienced in managing social networks.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Active status PADI Instructor.
• Hardworking and honest, with a kind and calm attitude and willing to go the extra mile.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing situations.
