Seeking a management couple for our resort in Raja Ampat

We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic, charismatic young couple to join our resort management team. Lots of experience is not necessary, so long as you are fast and willing learners.
Papua Explorers Eco Resort is an award-winning boutique resort in Raja Ampat, renown for exceptional guest service and well-managed operation. We are looking for a professional and dynamic couple to train and work alongside our General Manager and Operations Manager. You will learn about the front office and dive and snorkel operations.

We need the following:

• University degree
• At least one of you who speaks German, a grasp of French and Indonesian would be a big plus
• At least one of you is a PADI OWSI
• Renewed PADI and dive insurance
• Willing to live in a remote environment
• Excellent people and customer service skills
• Able to deliver high standards of personalized service with safety in mind
• Flexible and organized, ready to work long hours
