German speaking multilingual PADI Instructor

Multilingual Instructor. This position is open ONLY to German-speaking instructors.

Coco Dive is looking for a professional, motivated, and sociable PADI Instructor to complete our team in a Luxury Resort located in Baa Atoll.

You must meet the following criteria:

• German speaker
• PADI OWSI or higher with current teaching status.
• Nitrox Instructor
• Have Dive Insurance with Professional Liability Insurance.
• Must have own, well maintained, dive equipment.
• Excellent command of English is a must, any additional languages are welcome.
• Professional and clean appearance.
• Have a friendly outgoing personality and be goal-oriented.
• Possess strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, courteous, and enthusiastic team player.
• Maintain an organized and neat work environment.
• Have an excellent capacity for time management.
• Be passionate about your interests and personal growth.
• Able to multi-task in a multi-disciplined work environment.
• Adhere to training standards as set by PADI, EFR, and DAN.
• Follow personal and professional safe diving practices.
• Demonstrate superb mentoring for peers and students
• Commit to a minimum 12-month work contract
• Experience in the Maldives is desirable, but not essential
