Description:

Compass Diving is a PADI 5-Star Dive Resort operating in Dili and Atauro Island, Timor-Leste - home to the world’s most biodiverse reefs. We have a position opening up and are seeking the right candidate to join our small yet dynamic & diverse team of dive professionals.

We are looking for one FEMALE PADI OWSI (minimum, MSDT with specialty ratings a bonus) with full-time dive work experience. 

Responsibilities of this position include:

• Teaching full range of PADI courses
• Guiding certified divers
• Guiding snorkelers
• Hosting catamaran cruise trips
• Fully manage Compass’ social media channel which includes content creation, content management, design, and communications
  
  

Candidate must:

• Be an active PADI member in teaching status
• Available to start work in October 2022 *
• Own full set of dive equipment (per PADI teaching standards)
• Be adept with social media tools and apps
• Be able to produce quality social media content
• Be able to produce underwater media
• Provide full medical and certificate of good conduct from resident country (Timor-Leste work visa requirement)
  
  

We are offering:

• Initial paid 3-month probation period for both parties. If professional and dive operation are glad, we ask for commitment of at least one year - with yearly contracts being a norm;
• Fixed salary & commission, paid monthly;
