Experienced PADI / OWSI or higher in Cyprus

Hello! We’re recruiting for several experienced PADI OWSI (or higher) to join our highly rated and growing 5-star IDC training resort in Cyprus.

Latchi Dive Center is a PADI 5 Star IDC resort and is part of the Latchi Watersports group, established for over 45 years. We’re the largest multi-activity center in Cyprus and specialize in scuba diving, yacht charters, watersports, boat rentals, and marine services. We are a growing company of over 60 staff, offering a range of exciting range of staff benefits and progression options.

Tasks:

1. Teaching all levels of PADI courses from beginner to professional level, guiding fun dives, mentoring Divemaster interns, leading beginner DSDs, Bubblemaker, etc along with daily preparation of the dive center/dive boats. We run daily boat dive activities on both a group and private basis.
2. You will also be involved with the rest of our business, driving and instructing powerboats, assisting with yacht charters, general maintenance, customer service, and sales. We’ll offer training on all activities. 
3. You’ll also be expected to uphold our high standards and promote our company brand. You will need to have a positive attitude and a flexible approach.

Required Attributes:

• Active PADI teaching status
• Active Dive Insurance
• Full set of personal dive equipment (as per PADI standards)
• Legally able to work in Cyprus (EU Passport or appropriate visa)
• Fluent written and spoken English

Desired but not essential attributes:

• Powerboat license/experience handling boats up to 10 meters.
• 25 years old + (This is due to insurance for driving company vehicles)
• Additional languages are German, Dutch, and Russian.
