English and French speaking Instructor / Compressor Technician

Large 5* PADI resort in the Turks and Caicos is offering a SINGLE position as a Diving instructor / Compressor Technician. English and French-speaking instructor for a 12-month (renewable) contract

About:

Seafari has based inside adult-only, Club Med Turkoise and therefore an ability to interact in a four-star environment whilst having fun with the guests is paramount. We are looking for a dive instructor with a great personality, charming, outgoing, who is willing to learn and grow in a diving career. This is a work hard, play hard opportunity in a friendly, fun center. Attitude is much more important than experience!

Tasks and Requirements:

• OWSI minimum
• Candidates with extra qualifications such as repair skills, compressor experience, sales experience, or extra language skills (especially Spanish) will be given preference. 
• The position includes lots of variety including dive guiding, teaching courses, supervising snorkeling, conducting try dives, sales, and other general dive center duties, compressor skills and repair skills are a big plus
• Must be clean-cut, professional, and able to work with a large international team. 
• Resort living includes eating and socializing with the guests, so people skills and customer service are essential. This is not just a job, but a lifestyle that will only suit intensely sociable individuals who love to live life to the full! 
• We work in a fun, vibrant environment with over 100 international staff on the resort and mostly American and Canadian guests.
