Dive Operations Management Couple Fiji

Waidroka Bay Resort, a small boutique Dive & Surf Resort located in Fiji, is seeking a professional DIVE Operations Manager COUPLE to join our team. In this role, you will take full responsibility for running and managing the Dive Operation at the resort, while also being an integral part of the overall resort operation.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in fully running and managing a Dive Operation within a resort environment. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in a second language is a plus. Both members of the couple must be PADI OWSI certified and have experience in equipment repair and maintenance, including tanks, regulators, and BCDs. You should also have experience with boats and compressors, and possess excellent people skills to ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the resort. Previous resort hospitality experience is also essential.

In addition to the above requirements, we are seeking a couple with the flexibility and adaptability to work in all areas of the resort, as well as the ability to work remotely with a small, close-knit team. You will be part of a team of ex-pat and local staff, located 30 minutes away from the nearest shops and entertainment.
