Dive Instructor for DBI Ritz-Carlton Maldives

Due to the expansion of our operation, we are looking to recruit a new team member to join our team for our dive and water sports center at Ritz-Carlton Maldives, a 5-star property in North Male Atoll.

Working closely as part of the dive, water sports, and excursion team, this is a full-time position with a minimum 1-year contract, and excellent potential to grow and move up within a dynamic and exciting company.

Qualifications:

PADI OWSI or higher (Must have your own dive gear).
Must have Enriched Air Specialty.
Must be fluent in English and German. Any other language will be a plus.
Minimum 1 year working in the same position, previous experience in the Maldives will be a plus.
“Can do” attitude, Self-motivated, reliable, professional, and enthusiastic team player able to adapt to remote locations and able to work under pressure.
Well-groomed and excellent customer service to fit a 5-star luxury environment.
No excessive tattoos.
Prefer being fully vaccinated.

30 days paid annual leave (possibility to extend to the unpaid leave operation depending).
