Arenui Boutique Liveaboard is looking for a Cruise Directors

Our liveaboard operates in the best dive areas of East Indonesia: Komodo, Alor, Forgotten Islands, Spice Islands, Banda Sea, Halmahera, Sulawesi, Borneo, Triton Bay, and Raja Ampat.

Available to start in Jan/Feb 2023. Couples are preferred.

We are looking for a long-term commitment (3-4 years).

The candidates will be trained by current Cruise Directors with whom they will operate/manage our operation. Experience in hospitality, in Indonesia and/or on other liveaboards is a plus.
High-end customer care, crew supervision, and attention to detail are essential. Initiative along with a propensity to learn and improve is a must.
