Planet Bali Dive is seeking a Course Director / Dive Centre Supervisor to oversee our water-based activities and develop a professional development scuba Academy.

As Course Director, you will engage with divers from around the world to develop a comprehensive course program that takes beginners to experts. As Dive Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the Dive Shop, Tours and Activities within Bali, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

About You:

• You are a PADI Course Director with a current dive medical.
• You have exceptional time management skills and are able to prioritize and delegate tasks.
• You have excellent interpersonal and motivational skills and are a natural communicator.
• You have a genuine passion for the industry and knowledge of marine conservation topics.
• You are fluent in English and have experience with other languages.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, with a focus on safety.
• Develop a strong customer retention program.
• Oversee activities such as diving and guided snorkel tours.
• Manage the Dive Shop, including cash handling and stock control.
• Assist with rostering and staff training as needed.
• Oversee the testing, repair, and adjustment of all diving equipment.
• Handle injury management for staff and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain our environmental responsibilities.
